Dr. Jacques Nör will discuss his plan and vision for the U-M School of Dentistry.

Members and guests will hear from MDA President Dr. Cheri Newman and get an update on the work going on at the Michigan Dental Association.
About the speakers … Dr. Jacques Nör is the Donald A. Kerr Endowed Professor of Dentistry and serves as dean of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He has a joint appointment as professor of Otolaryngology (Medical School) at the University of Michigan and is a past-president of the American Association for Dental, Oral and Craniofacial Research. Dr. Nör served as chair of the Oral Dental and Craniofacial Sciences NIH study section and is currently a member of the National Advisory Dental and Craniofacial Research Council.
Dr. Cheri Newman is president of the Michigan Dental Association. She is an active member of the Pierre Fauchard Academy and is an executive board member of the Francis B. Vedder Society. In 2022 Dr. Newman received the Alumni Spirit Award for Dentistry from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry.
