This course will educate compliance officers regarding compliance onboarding requirements for new hires, various OSHA assessments that must be completed for a dental practice, and the process for evaluating hazards, selecting PPE and then training staff on its use,
disinfection and maintenance, as applicable.
Learning objectives:
- Required items for new staff, including TB tests and hepatitis B vaccine and notifications.
- OSHA assessments including TB Risk Assessment and General Hazard Assessment.
- PPE selection.
NOTE: This course serves as an OSHA review required annually for every dental office.
