About the Speaker … Elizabeth Gadioli is the chief probation officer for the 41-A District Court of the state
of Michigan. Gadioli has spent nearly 23 years working in the correctional system and her experience has taken her from working within Macomb County Jail, to supervising misdemeanor probationers in downtown Detroit, and now to managing a very busy probation department in Northeastern Macomb County. She holds dual undergraduate degrees in psychology and social relations from Michigan State University. Her educational background and experiences in working with different populations has fueled her desire to spread awareness of implicit bias and unconscious attitudes.
