    6. Limitation of Liability
      MDA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use HERM-E. By using HERM-E you agree to hold MDA and its officers, agents, employees, and servants harmless from all claims, suits, or actions of every name, kind, and description, brought for, or on account of for injuries or damages allegedly resulting from the use or inability to use HERM-E.
    7. Modifications
      MDA may modify, revise, and/or update HERM-E and/or these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
    8. Governing Law
      These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
