About the speakers … Ron Cash is a senior Sales agent with TSI. He opened TSI’s office in Detroit and has been a licensed collection agency manager for over 30 years. He is passionate about helping clients streamline and automate their follow-up and recovery of past-due patient accounts. By using a systems approach, TSI is able to recover the maximum amount of outstanding debt, at the least possible expense. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Wayne State University.

Michael Glass has a 20-year history as a contract administrator and business manager. He is focused on helping practices and business improve office processes and recovery of past-due accounts. Glass has been with TSI, the nation’s most effective full service debt collections agency as a manager for over 15 years. In Michigan, Glass’ involvement with the MDA and MI MGMA allows him to provide options for his clients to recover the maximum amount of outstanding debt, at the least possible expense.
