Michigan law has established a variety of rules governing the manner and form in which a dentist may advertise. To help you take the confusion out of those advertising rules, the MDA has posted these guidelines. Remember, unethical advertising reflects adversely on the dentist who employs it and lowers the esteem of the public for the profession.
